Aloha Artists, Today we will complete our Young Artists of Hawaii artworks. In order to enter, it must be completed and brought to school with your submission form by Thursday, Jan 21. Chosen artworks will be exhibited in the Hawaii State Art Museum from May 14-June 25. (More info here.) Today you will need the following supplies:
Aloha Artists, Today we will take your sketch and draw it on a special extra-large paper your teachers will give you. This paper is 18x24in. The deadline for the final artwork is Wednesday, January 20. The next video will be about coloring your paper. You will also need to bring in this permission form signed by your parents. Aloha Artists, Today we will begin a project where you will create a work of art to enter in the Young Artists of Hawaii Exhibit at the Hawaii State Art Museum in Honolulu. Isn't that exciting? The theme for this artwork is My Culture, My Family, and Me. The deadline for the final artwork is Wednesday, January 20. Today's video is about gathering ideas and creating your first draft.
